This is an example of a project for Human Resources in a small company.
The challenge in this project is: "Develop an easy to understand and easy to use application that allows HR to provide each employee with well-defined goals and objectives and enables the employee to list his/her accomplishments ".
The solution to the project challenge is a Mindmap that can be updated as each goal is met and can be viewed any time by HR and by the employee. In addition, the employee can state extra qualifications and express personal goals, which HR can in turn use to further the employee's opportunities for contributions and thus the career of the employee.
